"The staff went above and beyond. Carlos was the best!! So polite and very professional. He always had a smile on his face. Please give that young gentleman a raise or a promotion. Great guy! The breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices. The free chairs on the beach were a great perk too. The pool was clean and the food at the pool area was delicious. The whole staff in every department made you feel like royalty. The beds were comfortable and smelled very clean. My only negative review was the gym. It’s very small and doesn’t have a flat bench or heavy weights. We had to go buy a gym membership up the block. Not a big deal for many but wanted to share my input. The AC was worked great and they also have 24hr room service. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making this a memorable stay!"

"Room was beautiful and has an insane view of the city. Beach was right next to the hotel; and the outdoor pool was literally the best I've seen anywhere. Breakfast buffet is to die for as well. I can strong recommend it to anyone visiting Rio."

"The location is great. We had an early morning flight.Our room was large and quiet. But with no windows, it felt like a concrete bunker.The air conditioner was noisy and the temperature control was difficult to use, so we turned it off overnight. The breakfast buffet was good and the transfer to and from terminal 2 was easy. The restaurant staff were goid. The reception staff were not friendly at all. Not one smile It feels like they are not doing much until the new owners take over"
