"What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap. The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though. The area is in a good location, walkable to all the shopping and the beach. But there must be better options in Búzios."

Gaps under the door so that bugs can just come into the bedroom. It was the lowest quality place I’ve ever seen that, but my fiancé felt that it was still a neat place. To stay."
