Peaceful stay and a great location—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Staff were very polite, friendly, and the property felt clean. Only downside: no coffee/tea setup (no kettle or coffee machine). New Year’s Eve dinner had some mismanagement (table placement, cold food, missing proper cutlery). Overall still a solid stay.

The rooms were beautiful and clean but the pool area that was advertised was actually an event space for rent, not for hotel patrons. It was unkempt, not up to par for daily use, and not in use entire time we were there except for a party held there one afternoon. There was not a restaurant as advertised either. Luckily there were restaurants nearby. The hotel promised us a refrigerator and microwave, which we didn't have (room 205) and there was no ice machine on the premises. We had to go to their waffle and ice cream shop to get ice. The hotel was under construction but we never saw any workers. They have a few open spaces for events/rentals that could have been cleaned up if not in use instead of a storage area that makes the place look unkempt. If you're looking for just a room, this is your place but that's all you get.

Great location! One minute walk from the beach! Great pool! Friendly staff! Overall, very beautiful…. However, there were some issues: 1. Very tight and small parking lot 2. No microwave or fridge in the room 3. Very difficult to calibrate the water temperature in the shower 4. Too many mosquitoes and flies 5. Children are not allowed in the pool because of the bar

Clean property. We went during the week so we were practically the only ones there. Cleaning lady was the best, our room was always fresh when returning back from a long day. Coffee shop downstairs is good and people are very friendly. If you are planning on staying in the area they have a special event on Thursdays. They have a couple great restaurants next door and closer to shore that was awesome! If heading to PR would recommend you stay in different areas to ensure you see most the island. Everything is a At the least an 1-2 hours away. Definitely make it a day trip.

ok but have to Improve

The stay, in terms of cleanliness and the room as shown in the photos, was excellent. However, the fire alarm was sounding intermittently every second from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and no one showed up or called back, even though we left a message on the answering machine that played when we called. The television lost sound and, although it wasn’t the main priority, we were never able to hear anything from it. Constructively, I suggest there be better communication or clearer instructions in the room for these kinds of situations.

Food option was none because they never gave us tour of the place , and never told us about the services. There are no phone line services in the room. I think that very important. The first day i got there i felt going down the step. I believe that the steps need to have reflectors, so it can indicate the people going down the step. The cleaning service was great her last name was soto.

This was a great place to stay. The pool is so pretty and inviting. I loved relaxing by it. The host of Aqua Marina was kind enough to send me a video showing me where my room was because I was arriving very late. That was an invaluable help to me and my family. I was very busy during the day but having a cool and quiet retreat at night was such a luxury. Also, there was so much to do in the immediate vicinity that I didn’t need to travel other parts of the island to find snorkeling, paddle boarding and horseback riding. There was also a restaurant right next door that had delicious food and snacks with many gluten free choices. I cannot say enough good things about this place and it’s great location.

Room was beautiful with some nice touches. No coffee and no refrigerator for obvious reasons as there is a bar, restaurant and coffee shop on the premises. Vibe was a bit off and the music was incredibly loud until midnight - yes, it was Saturday and we were somewhat aware but it was still too much. Pool area was beautiful. Important to know that anyone can buy a day pass. Comfortable bed & nice quality linens. We didn’t eat here but the drinks were good and the servers were great. Parking lot was small and holds very few cars, better to park in the lot across the street or on the street. Great location.
