ho soggiornato all'Hotel Fabrizio per un week-end. Il personale è molto disponibile. Le camere non proprio silenziose. Ottima sistemazione per famiglie con figli piccoli

Costoso - Qualita horribile - Distante dal mare

Abbiamo pagato 200 euro per una camera doppia. Ti trovi in un edifficio dal scorso secolo, in mezzo ghetto, nessun spirito del mare. Non c'e' il parcheggio, devi cercare qualche posto lungo le strade vicine. Tutto mal tenuto, vecchio e depressante. Ogni balcone aveva una seddia solo, quindi dobbiamo prendere I torni imagino per la seddia. Letto piccollissimo. Bagno da ridere, scomodissimo! La camera senza un piccolo tavolino d'appoggiarsi il telefonino o il libro. SCIFFEZZA! La pischina fredissima. C era una puzza mallissima da per tutto il albergo. Abbiamo provato di cancellare la prenotazione quando siamo arrivati e Expedia non ci ha lasciato fare la cancellazione, quindi abbiamo pagato per un albergo nuovo. WE PAID 200 EURO, ALMOST 250 DOLLARS, FOR A DOUBLE ROOM. WHEN WE ARRIVED, WE FOUND OURSELVES IN A BUILDING FROM WWII, IN MIDDLE OF A GHETTO, NO SUMMER SPIRIT AT ALL. NO PARKING, WE HAD TO DRIVE AROUND TO FIND A SPOT TO LEAVE OUR CAR, SUPPOSEDLY IT WAS INCLUDED IN PRICE. THE ROOM WAS IN A DEPRESSING CONDITION, VERY OLD. EACH BALCONY HAD ONE CHAIR ONLY, SO I GUESS WE HAVE TO TAKE TURNS IN SITTING OUT. THE BED WAS SMALL AND HARD, THE BATHROOM WAS A JOKE, DIMENSIONS FOR KIDS. THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE TABLE TO LEAVE YOUR BOOK. THE POOL WAS COLD AS HELL. THERE WAS A TERRIBLE SMELL FROM APPARANTELY BAD SEWAGE SYSTEM!!! YOU EXPECT TO FIND YOURSELVES AMIDS A PARTY, SUMMER, BEACH SPIRIT? DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Super Hotel

Wir wohnten gemeinsam mit unserer Tochter (20 Monate) eine Woche im Hotel Fabrizio. Das Hotel ist sowohl von außen wie innen sehr gepflegt. Direkt vor dem Hotel befinden sich Parkplätze, ein Pool mit Rutsche und ein sehr schöner Kinderspielplatz. Ebenfalls werden kostenlos Fahrräder (Kindersitze vorhanden) und W-Lan angeboten. Das Hotel punktete ebenfalls mit seiner sehr freundlich und zuvorkommenden, familiären Art, sowie der Sauberkeit. Der Strand liegt etwa 500 m vom Hotel entfernt. Was mit einem kleinen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen ist. Auch hier wird ein großer Spielplatz für Kinder jeglichen Alters angeboten. Liegestühle können mit Zusatzkosten gemietet werden. Wir sind so begeistert, das wir mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal im Hotel Fabrizio in Rimini waren.

ottimo hotel per una famiglia

hotel completo,accogliente e cordiale verso la clientela, molto ben organizzata verso le famiglie con bimbi piccoli, portati ad avere una buona comprensione verso i disagi che i piccoli possono comportare. particolarmente piacevole l'offerta di bici gratuita per un giro in centro.

Appena arrivato mi è stato detto che i parcheggio gratuito in realtà non c'era. Poi il propriatrio, gentilmente alle mie rimostranze (avevo l'auto piena per le vacanze appena iniziate# mi ha detto che invece il posto all'interni della recinzione dell'hotel me lo dava senza problemi #anche perchè fuori sarebbe stato un bel problema trovarne#. La stanza assegnatami #al primo piano# era "stranamente" diversa dalle altre. Porta rossa con scritto "love room"..... e parete rossa sul letto con cuoricini.....un pò "discutibile" ma chi l'aveva chiesta....? Tuttavia per una notte no problem. Stanza piccolissima e bagno idem. Cortesia del personale ok. Distanza pedonale dal centro di Rimini no problem. Un pò caro in relazione alla qualità dello standard offerto.

Reasonable, well taken care of hotel near sea

This is good, basic hotel near sea. Rooms were cleaned every day and hotel is very tidy. Staff can't speak good english but we could manage. Hotel does not have air conditioning. There is propeller in the ceiling which moves air a bit but too close to lamp so if light is on it behaves like strobe lamp. City center is few kilometers away. Pool is ok but there is siesta break between 12 and 15 every day. Animation group for children takes care of things by that time if necessary. I give this hotel an 8. Lack of air conditioning was only bothering thing but that should be no surprise.
