"Absentee owner; Empty house. Difficulties opening the house and getting in. We were hassled by the police when we were standing in front of the house while we were unloading, on a road that had zero traffic, and while native residents down the road were often parked on the same road. Absence of a welcoming host that could help in our stay and make suggestions to improve our stay. The offerings in tea and coffee were meager."

"False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!"

"Un accueil génial. La maison est super. Je recommande vivement"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"

"Nice comfortable clean room, great location for town and amazing facilities."

"Cheap, clean and ok good food."

"Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road. "

"We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it."

"Great location, close to gondola station, bars restaurants, supermarkets etc but nice quiet area and no disturbance."

"Clean easy to find, with secure off road parking."

"The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable.
