You need a car if you stay at this property as a few kilometres from nearest towns. We had an awful smell coming from our room, we later worked out it was the air conditioning. After we switched off air con and opened window is was okay. Property itself is dated and photos appear to be taken some time ago. I feel this accomodation is not worth what we paid. I recommend staying in centre of Optija is a better option. Staff were great.

My room was huge and included a kitchenette. I was there only one night, but it would have been perfect for a week stay. Right across the street from a nice swimming beach. Short drive to Opatia, but not within walking distance for me. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

The apartmet was light ans spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The sfaff is super king and the served breakfast was rich and tasteful. Free parking and wifi, also quite close to the beach but you need to cross the (very frequent) road. The area itself is not so attractive, however you can get to Volosko, a cozy little town on foot (2 km).

Spacious modern sea view room
Very nice hotel with big windows in room that you could get a bit of sea view from. Big and spacious room with modern decor. Located across a bay with a small decent beach. Plenty of parking space. Good variety for breakfast in cafe. Warm and welcoming staffs.

Such a lovely apartment apart from we didn’t have any kitchen facilities not even a kettle. When I thought in the pictures there was meant to be one. Also the hot tubs were never warm and when we turned them on, someone always tuned them off

Thank for staying with us. Unfortunatley our rooms do not have kitchen only aparmtent do. We apologize abaut wather in hot tub. you would have to tell the receptionist, and they would prepare the temperature you wanted.

It was nice and large compared to regular hotel rooms. Definetly good value for families. Not sure what the desk price was as I booked on expedia. There was a bit of a problem with the room smell. Not sure how the cleaning crew thoight it was a good job and the manager probably did not do a qa inspection. Interaction with staff was minimum, only at the reception, they spoke some english, but like most places in Croatia english is not their cup of tea.

The building was very new with a nice terrace. The room had morden deco and a water view. It was one street above the beach and several kilometers of drive to Opatija beach. So it provided easy access to many waterfront restaurants. Its proximity to Opatija meant closeness to an opulent tourist town while having good value for the suite. The suite was spacious and clean.

Surprising find with best heating facilities
The facade of the building does not look like much, but once you enter the hotel it’s like a completely different world. The hotel is clean and classy, floors are carpeted, rooms are big and well equipped, and most importantly the heating in the bathroom for me was the best I’ve ever had in hotels. Even the air conditioning in the room was an in-built ceiling air conditioner that did not fail to warm up the room. Overall a surprising find, and a wonderful stay.

Spacious, clean, bright! A little ways from town.
Preelook was a real surprise. From the outside, it does not look like an apartment at all, but rather industrial. We had to ask a neighboring business where it was. That was disconcerting until we got inside. It was light, spacious, clean, beautiful ... and LARGE. The manager was very helpful and always there. The apartment is about 5 km from the "action" on the main street for Opatija, and perhaps was less expensive because of this location, but I don't know. Next time, I might investigate some place closer to the main street with all the restaurants and shops. Nevertheless, we loved Preelook, and would definitely recommend it, with the caveat that there may (or may not) be similarly priced lodging closer in to town. Also, I would advise Preelook to make their place more obvious from the exterior as an attractive lodging.

This property was absolutely beautiful. New condo's with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. It is a little far away from the main action of the waterfront area, more in an industrial area and although it is across the road from the water, the view is blocked by trees. It looks like this area is in a state of change and that development will probably catch up to it. The owner is very nice. Would definitely recommend!

A coast side gem.
I was welcomed with open arms and a beverage of our choice by a lively and lovely family, with great English and a PERFECT new apartment. The apartment had everything one might want and a fantastic furnished balcony. The village is easily walkable and fun, the restaurant on the waterfront was great and cheap. All in all a gem on the gem coast.

Great service and rooms
When we drove up, we were quite disappointed in the building and the area. However, upon going into the building it was very nice, neat and clean. The room was very nice and comfortable. But the thing that really made The difference was the service. Both the young lady that checked us in, and the young man who checked us out were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this place.
