My room was huge and included a kitchenette. I was there only one night, but it would have been perfect for a week stay. Right across the street from a nice swimming beach. Short drive to Opatia, but not within walking distance for me. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

You need a car if you stay at this property as a few kilometres from nearest towns. We had an awful smell coming from our room, we later worked out it was the air conditioning. After we switched off air con and opened window is was okay. Property itself is dated and photos appear to be taken some time ago. I feel this accomodation is not worth what we paid. I recommend staying in centre of Optija is a better option. Staff were great.

Hotel modern and clean. Location not for kids. There should be jacuzzi on the top of the hotel, but theres nothing! Big dissapointment. The sea is beat but you need to run Three the busy street.

Nice new apartments and convinient beach

Nice new apartments, modern and clean. There is a bakery around the corner. Small nice beach (with free shower) across the street (no climbing needed:)). Friendly and helpful staff. 10min driving to Rijeka and Opatija (there is a bus stop).

I was misled by the drone photo of the property. There is an industrial zone between the property and the ocean. The room door was like a safe door, heavy with a 4-pronged bolt. It hinted that the area needed extra safety precautions.

Das Hotel war wirklich super. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze für die Gäste vor dem Hotel und die Zimmer waren sauber und groß.

Man kann dort kostenlos parken anstatt nebenan den öffentlich kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu nutzen. Sehr nah an der Altstadt gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß den Altstadt problemlos erreicht. Schräg gegenüber liegt ein Einkaufszentrum mit Müller und Supermarkt. Auch andere Supermärkte oder Dm sind nicht weit entfernt. Super Lage Moderne Einrichtung Sauber Gute Kommunikation

Unscheinbares Hotel, mit top Zimmer - alles top modern, sauber. Liegt an der Straße, Zimmer mit Blick zum Meer( durch Bäume) möglich. Alles im allem super Zimmer aber wir würden dort nicht unseren Jahresurlaub verbringen wollen, durch die blöde Lage.
