"The property was beautiful overall. There was some remodeling at the nearest restaurant that required me to do a bit of walking from my resort area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a special way of welcoming you back if you were a returning guest. Overall, 9/10. "

We stayed as a couple in a Dhabi Loft Villa which was a beautiful two floor apartment with direct access to a gorgeous part of the coral reef just a few minutes swim away from the comfort of our bed. "Our stay at Ayala Ocean View was superb! We stayed for 4 nights and were so sad to leave! The food was great, rooms were incredibly clean (and also cleaned twice a day!) and spa was so lovely. The staff are incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us - they organised sun beds for us on the beach, lent us snorkel equipment and even let us shower in a spare room after we had checked out. Would not hesitate to recommend! "

"Over water villa room was spacious with nice private pool, but the sewage system underneath the toilet was so poor that we had poo smell in the bathroom since day 1 to day 4, and resort didn't offer any room change. Handheld shower head quality was quite poor and water doesn't come out evenly. Before you use outdoor shower, suggest to turn on the water and run it for at least 1 full minute, because I nearly had brown colour water pouring over me, which was absolutely disgusting. "What a wonderful stay we had. The hotel is right on the bikini beach so you step out of the hotel and BAM beach time. The hotel is clean and fresh and everyone has their role to play. Great snorkeling experience and felt safe and well looked after. Meal options are fab and the buffet dinner is a treat. We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony, room 1704 and it was amazing to see the sun set, beach from our bed. We met Anisur whilst dinning and he was always so friendly with us. ...
