Old historical building, basic but different

Quite peaceful for the Old Town destination. I liked the house itself (old, with the touch of history). It's situated in the heart of Old Riga: next to the St. Peter and St. John churches. If you like hotels with elevators, lobby bars and air conditioning - this is not your hotel. But if it's not hot weather, you need a place to crash and buffet breakfast, this is valuable with the price :)

Fornøyd!

Fantastisk oppgold, sentralt, rask innsjekk, koselig og enkelt rom. Låsen derimot på rom sju kan fort gi deg litt panikk da den er vanskelig å åpne innenfra.

Hotelli ei ollut mitenkään uusi ja moderni, mutta juuri siksi ihana koska oli erilainen. Huone oli siisti. Sänky oli hyvä. Wc ja suihku tilava. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä ja rappuset oli melko jyrkät eli en suosittele jos on yhtään liikuntarajoitteinen. Aamupala sijaitsi viereisessä rakennuksessa. Ihan normaali hotelli aamupala. Vatsan sai täyteen.

Brannfarlig hotell med "mafia" følelse

Ved ankomst forstod vi at hotellet ikke var første klasse - noe vi heller ikke hadde forventet. Dusjkabinett var dekket av noe som så ut som blod, luktet mugg og siden rommet var i 2 etg måtte vi gå opp en smal trapp... Det var allerede da jeg tenkte på brannsikkerheten. Meget usikker. Så da vi kom inn på rommet snudde vi ganske raskt. Ingen sjans på noen måte at vi ville føle oss trygge eller få et godt opphold. Så vi leverte nøklene og ordnet med annet supert hotell i byen, Hotel Radisson Blu Latvija. Hold dere langt unna beskrevet hotell. Vi opplevde også samarbeid mellom russisk taxisjåfør og hotellbetjening. Vi ble spurt mange ubehagelige spm, også om vår økonomi. Stay away rett og slett

Holder ikke hva det lover

Gammelt og slitt hotell. Sengene er altfor harde. Det står at det er restaurant på hotellet- det er det ikke. Drt står også at det er badekåper og gratis toalettartikler, dette stemmer heller ikke. Vi hadde bestilt med frokost, men vi fikk beskjed om å se ut av vinduet, for hvis det virket kaldt måtte vi ta på jakke firfi frokosten er i ett annet bygg. Greit hotell for 1 natt.

Отель удобно расположен в центре странного города здание очень интересное с аурой истории но состояние номера желает лучшего тёмных штор нет на окнах а фонарь прямо в окна светит всю ночь да и косметический ремонт давно не проводился

Osassa käytävistä ei ollut valoja ja äänet kadulta kuuluvat selvästi sisään yöllä, minkä vuoksi nukkuminen oli vaikeaa. Vanha rakennus, mutta siisti. Varhaista aamiaista ei ollut mahdollista saada.

Veldig trangt og lite rom. Ikke plass til å få åpna kofferten, måtte ligge i senga inne på rommet. Måtte planlegge hvordan en skulle åpne dørene for å komme ut eller inn på badet. Meget hyggelig og hjelpsom ung mann i resepsjonen

Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht gehalten, was jedoch für dieses Land nicht unüblich ist. Das Schlafzimmer ging in Ordnung. Das Bad jedoch hat kein Lob verdient. Die Dusche ist voller Schimmel, der Lack der Tasse Löst sich auf, ... Wir haben uns die 3 Tage Aufenthalt geweigert in diese Dusche zu steigen. Durch Gastronomie Betrieb und Wohnungen neben an, wurde es erst gegen 23 Uhr leise (Ohrstöpsel in Apotheken erhältlich). Das Frühstück bekommt man in einem anderen Hotel. Große Auswahl am Buffet, jedoch alles Fertigprodukte. Ich würde dieses Hotel aufgrund des Bades nicht weiterempfehlen, obwohl die Lage der Unterkunft sehr Zentral ist.

Sijainti on loistava,nähtävyyksiä kävelymatkan päässä useita. Huoneeseen kuului humalaisten meteli aamukuuteen saakka,ehkä huone sisäpihan puolelta ainakin talvikautena on parempi vaihtoehto. Suihkusta ei tullut tasalämpöistä vettä,vaan lämpötila vaihtui yht'äkkiä lämpöisestä jääkylmään. Hotelli on idyllinen,hieman hankala löytää ensimmäistä kertaa. Aamiainen runsas,toisessa rakennuksessa. Huoneessa oli lämmin mikä oli tällaiselle vilukissalle hyvä!

It is old hotel, some things needs to be renovated. breakfast is in another building, so you have to put winter jacket during winter time. Bed is very good, comfort. Bathroom is old, not nice.

Wonderful location and right into the historical setting of old town Riga. This property is about 900 years old and is good enough for history and cultural buffs. All major historical sites are nearby and accessible by foot.

Very small room, crappy bed, no table, no chair, not very clean. No cleaning after first night. Loud music in the street kept me awake 4 to 6 in the morning. When I ask for a taxi at the reception I was told to install Bolt App... So that is service nowadays? I guess you get what you pay for. Won’t go back there.
