"Such a great stay in a great location! Right on the outskirts of all the major attractions, the hotel was so beautiful and had all the right modern touches while keeping an old Florentine charm. Cannot recommend enough! Although I will add if you are staying for longer than a few days, definitely upgrade to the bigger room."

"The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be in the city center. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and overall it was a great space. I wish they had conditioner but I noticed that some of the hotels in Europe just don’t have conditioner. Some do and some don’t so if they did that would have been a bonus. I will say our bathroom was weird and I forgot to take a pic of it. It was different than what you see in the pictures for the comfort room that we picked. It was a small closet sized room that had the shower in the corner with a drain so even with towels surrounding the shower the floor would get wet and it was easy to slip. Other than that the room was perfect for what we needed it to be for our trip."

"This hotel was perfectly located near the train station which made it easy to reach the airport after our stay. The hotel was wonderful, spacious and clean. Our room had a loft bed which was perfect for my 15 year old son. The bathroom was very large and clean. I would say this was a great hotel for the price point and staff was very helpful in calling a cab, giving us info and helping with our luggage. The room had a great historic look which was perfect for our stay in Florence"
