"Good location, clean, secure spacious and had 2 parking bays allocated to the unit. There was a mix up with the booked unit but got complementary upgrade for inconvenience by the girls at the reception. Well done to the reception girls for a wonderful service."

"Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. "

"My stay at the BM Gardens Hotel was an absolute phenomenal experience. The staff was exceptional, everyone displayed superb hospitality. Pleasant smiles, cordial greetings and a readiness to assist was the order of the day. It was my first visit to South Africa and I was made to feel as if I have known them for a lifetime. "Every thing is great. the apartment has 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms , fully equipped kitchen, Kelvin left the fridge full with all needed for breakfast. Furniture is high class. decoration is very nice, beautiful balcony. Only improvement required is the TV, it has no satellite channels. otherwise everything is just perfect. Apartment is located close to a shopping are with lot of restaurants and cafes. Exceptionally good value for money. "
