"An unexpected amazing experience. Starting with the online booking, being on our way to Europa-Park (2 adults +2 kids), everything was spot on. Although we've arrived late after midnight, we have been immediately accommodated by very nice, multilingual and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very welcoming and spotless clean. The breakfast is attended by a "Turbo" lady which was filling in the buffet and will never let you wait or ask for something. A big THANK YOU to all the staff and especially to the GM, which had trained the staff to high standards. "Very nice hotel, great location with lots of food options close by. Parking is under the hotel and very convenient. Room was clean and modern and staff very helpful. We originally book this hotel for one night but extended it to two nights due to a poor hotel experience the prior night."
