It’s extremely quiet with the exception of the cleaning staff that wasn’t quite at all. They also didn’t seem to care about me trying to sleep. Other than that I was extremely happy with my stay. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the fire and having drinks.

The hotel itself is clean, elegant, and perfectly located. Easy walking distance to quality shopping and eating. The room was clean, comfortable, and whisper quiet. The hotel staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. My stay could not have been better.

We really Loved this property, absolutely Beautiful, staff in the Breakfast area early morning Was exceptional in trying to accommodate us. Southern Black women w such beautiful spirit we felt very special!! I travel a lot and everytime I’m in Mississippi I will stay at the Grand AC Marriott!! Thank you!👍

This property was a wonderful experience. In particular there was a young lady at the front desk named Hannah. She had a wonderful personality and made it feel so welcomed during our stay. If there is ever a chance I am in Ridgeland again I will pick this hotel without a doubt

We have really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The property is immaculately maintained. The personnel are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The bar is well stocked, and the bartender did a wonderful job. Our room was quiet and in perfect condition. The Ace will be our go to hotel in Jackson from now on!

The overall property and amenities were nice, but the staff was truly what sets this place apart from the rest. There was no request that couldn't be met with a smile all weekend. Above and beyond service across the board!

Gorgeous Hotel
The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The lobby was inviting and decorated beautifully. The rooms were spacious and layer out well. The bathroom was luxurious. We were impressed definitely will stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone having to come to Jackson/Ridgeland MS.
