"Extremely KIND and very friendly staff. We are were travelling on our motorcycles after 6 hours on the road in 44C temperatures. We were hot and exhausted. They provided us with cold water, immediately, changed our room to a ground floor so we didn't have to haul our gear up a flight of stairs and then later dropped off a bowl of fresh fruit. "We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. "The stay was very nice, but my problem was getting a receipt. Hotels.com said if I paid at the hotel, they could not generate a receipt, but the hotel could not generate a receipt because I used Hotels.com to book the room (even paying at the hotel)."
