"Clean room. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hallways and stairs could use a good clean but solid place and close to Cedar Point. Would stay again."

"There’s signs posted all over the desk explaining to dial “0” or ring the bell for assistance. I immediately notice a sign on the counter in bold red letters saying “NO HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE” which should’ve been my immediate red flag. I was in the room for no more than hour before noticing dried up pee stains on the wall, dead bugs, roaches, stains all over the bed sheets, stains all over the towels, and hair literally everywhere. The shower is disgusting and the toilet seat is filthy. The hotel isn’t even secured as the back entrance to the hotel has duct tape over the lock to prevent it from locking so literally anyone can walk through. I pack up my car and return back to the front desk to check out and see if I can get my money back. The attendant INSIST on seeing the room after I inform him that I’ve taken pictures of everything if he needs to see. He ignores me and goes out the back entrance of the office. He spends all of 30 seconds in the room barely glances at my photos before YELLING at me that he’s not giving me a refund because he sees nothing wrong. He then yells at me to leave and shoves us out the room. I partner with Expedia- Expedia reaches out to the hotel to get my refund and he yells at Expedia too! Claiming he’s seen nothing wrong with the room! Now I’m out $100+ because he’s a scam?!"

"Rooms are in need of upgrades. Shower and tub needed resealed. We stayed in 217. Nice quiet chill area."

"The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the staff that I interacted with was very friendly."

"The staff was very courteous however, the property is quite run down and in need of major renovations. The parking is not very secure and I didn't observe any security cameras. Breakfast was the standard fare and served up nicely and would be fine if you don't mind eating at broken down tables and benches covered in torn and stained cushions. Price should have been half what it was."

"The hotel was beautiful up front however we got a room in the back elevator didn't work ,our room was questionable enough I had zero confidence in trying the breakfast and we must have picked a bad weekend because there was kids running around the halls hollering playing and people out partying in the parking lot blocking one side and cops blocking the other side all in all a chaotic stay in an uncomfortable room will definitely stay away from comfort inn for future travels. "
