"We had an awesome experience and will be back when we come return for another lacrosse tournament! Hotel staff were helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious and dinner and drinks were such a nice way to end the day. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean! No complaints or concerns! "

"My sister and i enjoyed our stay there. We felt very safe and everyone was very helpful and personable. We would have liked to stay longer, if we come back to stay in Richmond it will be with you. I do wish the price was lower."

"Everything related to the hotel was awesome. Very old and charming building, I could stay there for years. No laundry or parking on site though. Only thing that was irritating was panhandling in the area, not that it’s the hotel’s fault."
