This was my first stay here and I have found my only spot to stay when I need a hotel in Richmond/Midlothian. The staff was amazing and so friendly and the room was spacious, clean, and very convenient for bringing your own food/snacks with the refrigerator and microwave. Definitely recommend!

Loved Hotel Visit!

Excellent experience at hotel. Breakfast host seemed a little touchy but I quickly ignored her. Other than that we will definitely return in the future.

This hotel should be better for the price. Shower was filthy. My room had a nice view of the dumpster of the hotel next door. Lots of staff but all they do is sit around the breakfast room and stare at you while you eat

Overall the property was clean and well maintained. Most of staff was friendly; all were helpful. The location was across the street from a hospital yet noise was never an issue. Breakfast each morning was good with a variety of choices. There were times when some items were empty and the wait for more was too long. We had studio room. It was large enough for us; we did not miss having 1 bedroom. Enjoyed full size refrigerator and large walk-in shower.

beautiful hotel but noisy

The 1 bed studio I stayed in was beautiful. It had a modern, clean and welcoming feel to it. What made my stay somewhat disappointing was how easily I can hear my neighbors. The guest staying above me must have had kids or something because I could hear stomping and banging in the middle of the night. I almost called front desk to complain until I remember I brought my noise canceling headphones w/me. So if you don’t like to hear your neighbors footsteps and don’t have head phones, your stay might be so-so here.
