From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. But what absolutely stole my heart was the Christmas décor. It was truly magical—like stepping straight into a holiday movie. Sparkling lights, stunning trees, festive details in every corner… it felt whimsical and full of joy. The atmosphere alone made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that delivers both luxury and heartwarming holiday charm, this hotel is a dream. "The room was very clean and comfortable. All staff were exceptionally friendly. Our kids enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Clean towels available in swimming pool area. The breakfast was the best! Something for each of us and the view while we ate was picture perfect. Compliments to the Chefs! Parking was convenient and felt safe. Our family had only one complaint.. that our stay was not long enough. . "
