Staff was nice room was clean however the smoke detector had a bag over it. Could haven been a huge issue for my family if a fire started…. My guess is the previous person bagged the detector so they can smoke in the room against policy. Cleaning staff should have realized this and took care of it during cleaning. Maintenance came up and took care of it right away. Wish there was some sort of vehicle charging available even if it was just standard 110 outlet.

My stay was great. I only have one issue. In this location you have to bring your towels down to the front desk to get clean towels daily. Otherwise its great, clean, convenient, great location, and the staff is nice as well. Thanks I'll be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the product was fairly clean overall. I didn't realize (I may hand missed it in the details) that you have to make a request for housekeeping or your room doesn't get cleaned. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay and will likely book again when I'm in the area.

I was surprised at how nice looking the room was, it matched the photos on the website. It was clean and quiet and the bed was comfy. Staff was nice and friendly at check in and check out. Only thing I can recommend is in the back parking treat the trees for the yellow jacket activity. On leaving the tree in the middle was swarming with yellow jackets and they were taking over the vehicles and one got in my car while I was driving. Other than this I will stay again and just park in the front instead of the back if possible.

Room 322 has mold in the shower, ants and other bugs near and on the toilet, and a roach on the kitchen wall, who saw me and decided to go inside the broken outlet cover near the sink. The refrigerator was extremely loud when the compressor kicked on, I’d guess you’ll be replacing that one soon since it is a matter of time before it stops working. Staff was absent on my arrival but eventually showed up to find me and 3 other customers waiting to check in and one person wanting to purchase some drinks. The staff were very friendly and nice people.

Check-in was a breeze. We get to our room and it's a nice size room for 2 people. It was a studio apartment which I love when I'm on vacation. The kitchen had the basics. I do wish there was a big bowl to utilize. It didn't appear the room was thoroughly cleaned. Some of the dishes were spotted, the hand soap dispenser wasn't refilled and ran out the day before check out. The bathroom tub & sink didn't appear to be cleaned. The gym was small but manageable. So it was just OK for me.

Wanted to say the toilet seat bolt on one side needs to be replaced in room 201 and the shower surround also needs replacement. Otherwise the room was great and my stay very comfortable.

Staff was wonderful as usual. Room could have been cleaned better. I stay at Candlewood every time I fly out from Richmond. The rooms have always been spectacular. This time around the microwave had grease. Fingerprints all over it. The inside of the microwave was dirty. The room had a horrible smell to it, did not smell clean. The bed was clean, perfectly made. The mirror in the bathroom was cleaned with a dirty rag so it had smear marks everywhere. I stayed in room 217. Overall my stay was good housekeeping needs to be more mindful of their cleaning.
