When I get to this hotel found out that the Wi-Fi connection is not working it's very low the bathroom door does not shed his swollen and it's all dirty around the toilets can't use your shower because the faucet doesn't even come on and mold is on the ceiling along with the sink doesn't produce any hot water I've been told by the staff that they didn't have any hot water it also advertised for breakfast also which is no breakfast in the morning they said that it was all false and advertisement when it came down to the breakfast and the hotel itself it looked very junky around the area is uncapped the bedroom it was let's just say it was comfortable but it was still horrible couldn't barely watch any television at all because we have to go through two remotes control just in order to watch television that hotel is the horrible and the most disgusting place I will ever go back to ever again don't rent there at all

The property said that it was recently renovated but those renovations were years ago. The staff is always missing so the other guests were literally uncontrollable until late hours of the night. At one point there were 2 police cruisers at 3am in the morning. We felt totally unsafe. We almost had to leave.

A pig sty is cleaner! No computer working so don’t have our reservation and sent some guy to walk around and look for an empty room. No toilet paper, no garbage cans, floors were so dirty it was pathetic. Not even sure the sheets were clean! We left and went to another hotel that’s how bad it was.

Staff booked me in rooms already occupied, twice. Key card would not work, room had no label number so would get lost looking for it upon return. Abandoned car in the back with tires removed placed upon cinder blocks, room had no working television, nor toilet paper, trash can, or mirror in the bathroom. Bathroom also had holes and towels. Highly advise against this place, go anywhere else!

I arrived around 9:30 p.m. to register. Front desk locked. No note, no answer on the phone. Twenty minutes until clerk arrived. Next morning at 7:30 I went to check out and tell them about a leak in the room. Again, lobby locked. No answer on phone. I just left

Well I didn't get to stay because my check in was at 3:00 PM I have to be at work at 3:00 PM. I called the property to ask for early check in and was informed that it was not possible. So I asked if it be ok for my friend who was also supposed to be staying with me. This friend had been having conversation with this woman over the phone a couple of times we were informed that she needed to have ID which she had ID that was acceptable for the property. When she got there to try to secure the room that has already been paid for because you folks took it out of my bank account she was really treated as she was told that the room had not been paid for and proceeded to inform her that she would ban from the property and I'm not she even sure what that means banned if she wasn't informed before we got there she would have known she would ban she surely wouldn't have been there trying to get a room so she wasn't properly informed as neither here or there The lady in the office was very rude I never got to stay the room so I guess I just gave you folks my money so she don't or the manager whoever that woman was in the office ccn back crack with it I'm sorry to say that but that's how I feel. Very disappointed in the outcome of this day I've stated this motel before and never had any issues very disrespectfully and very unprofessionally I don't know what happened to the staff there but they need to reevaluate them I'm trying to get a refund there's absolutely no excuse.

Good afternoon Kevin,We do apologize that you had a less than stellar experience this visit. Our property is under new management and therefore some of our policies and procedures have been amended in an effort to eradicate past issues guests have had while committing ourselves to quality service moving forward. If you would like to discuss any of these changes in particular please feel free to reach out to the property directly. However, an early check in request is not a guarantee and unfortunately we did not have it available when you arrived. Also, we now require physical photo IDs from all adult guests. Your "friend" did not have a physical ID to check in (she stated she had a copy of her ID on her phone...which we agreed to use as a courtesy this one time) and it wasn't until she presented that ID that it was determined she was not supposed to be on our property due to an incident stemming from a previous stay. You can reach out to the third party you booked with in regards to your refund request as we did not take a method of payment from the young lady that attempted to check in as she is not allowed to stay on our premises. Again, if you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the property directly.

We arrived at this hotel at 9pm, an hour after we made reservation. The door to the lobby was closed and there was no bell or phone number that could be used to get any communication. I called the phone number listed in Expedia and no one answered me. This is the first time this has happened to me, after a long drive I end up on the street at night. Considering that it is indicated that the reception should be open until 11 pm. When I was trying to find one of the staff, a guy who looked like a drug addict came up to me and started asking questions, very annoying. He said that the woman from the reception is in shower and would come soon, and he wanted to help. Said that we should wait and he'll be back soon. My daughter was scared and my elderly mother was also stressed. There was no one else around, it was a dangerous situation. We had to leave before real trouble happened. Dangerous place! Not for women, not for children, not for anyone!

This is a NOPE
I do not recommend this hotel! The attendant WAS NICE and COURTEOUS!!! This review is strictly on the motel itself NOT the staff!!! The room had problems the shower head kept breaking off, the bed broke as soon as some one sat down, the door did not seal when it shut and was secure. I was asked to check the room before renting because they had just bombed for “insects” the room on either side. When I checked it looked fine. When we came back to the room later that night (we were on vacation) we found a roach crawling our duration of 2 nights we counted 6 total. We had no additional funds to go anywhere else. When I looked on google it listed this as being permanently closed!!!!

Walked into the lobby and it smelled like marijuana. The clerk at the front end was asleep and snoring right at the counter. She didn’t even know I was standing there and kept falling asleep while trying to check me in. I asked for 2 beds and the room had only 1. There were people smoking and drinking in the parking lot playing loud music. I got a refund and stayed somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have never had front desk people to be so rude to me upon my check in. I had to take a second floor room, no elevator with me on a walker and unable to do steps. I had to have help going up or down the steps. My room was not clean. Roaches were crawling.My room had one bed and one dresser. No table and not a single chair in my room. No phone, no mini-fridge and no hair dryer. I had to go buy a hair dryer before I could shower. This Motel has gone to hell in a handbag. I would not reccomend this dump to anyone.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The place is under renovation so you have to give them a little slack but they need to do a better job. My room was never cleaned from Friday till Sunday and I had only 1 towel the entire stay.
