Stayed in the room for the night, didn’t get to go out. Room was decent and clean. Pillows could have been bit more firmer. This is an aparthotel so all you get is the room. The room had no amenities like coffee maker/hot water/ironing board etc. though there was a hair dryer. There is a black coffee and hot water machine at the lobby. For snacking, there is a vending machine downstairs and most of them $3. Lobby had a display board to try Peloton bike at their gym but the bike’s screen wouldn’t turn on. Overall, I would say decent stay for what I was expecting.

Bare bones. No kleenex in bathroom, only 2 towels, dishes were all in dishwasher, no room on other side of the bed to get out, no amenities at all.

I think it's an ok place. The bathroom door had a hole halfway thru. The room was not quite clean. The mattress was terrible. Unless you are not able to find anything else, I would refrain from staying at this place.

Peleton (2) in gym. Otherwise gym is basic (one pulley for cable weights but no barbells) 2 treadmills 2 elliptical. I like cleanliness and friendly staff. They could have had better quality sheets, conditioner and a hairdryer. The full size kitchen was super!

Our stay began with a friendly worker at the front desk. She was fine. But as we enteredthe elevator we were greeted by the smell of pee, then the smell of old seafood in the hall. The powerful smell of fake vanilla in the room could only be masking other foul smells. We were willing to suck it up in order to get a good night's rest. We pulled back the covers only to find hair. Lots of it. We got new sheets from the lobby just to resolve the situation. Wrong size. We got more. As we changed the sheets we found two drywall anchors under the mattress cover. If this hotel was cheap it could have made sense. But we're currently three hours away in Portland in a luxury hotel for the same cost. What a rip

On my last night of stay? People were smoking because I received a scent of cigarette in my room and I personally DISLIKE cigarette, gives me headaches. In the morning around 7am people next door where arguing about dogs which was annoying. Couldnt sleep.

Sat in lobby waiting to be able to check in for 20 minutes and then when we finally got to the room we saw a baby cockroach around the kitchen area. There was hair all in the bathroom too.

Good to note that this property is not like a standard hotel, it is a place that people stay for longer than a few nights, sometimes even living there for months at a time. Because of this and their reasonable pricing, they are recovering from having unsavory individuals using their property for nefarious intents. They are working hard to revamp the property as a safe place for all. There were a few hiccups, phone disconnected and the beds not completely made, but overall was not terrible stay.

I was pleased.
I would definitely stay here if I had to visit WA again. The lobby is pretty modern and the lady at the front desk was nice.My room was clean.The fridge, bathroom, dishes & microwave were all very clean and seemed fairly new. The water was hot and the AC and heat worked as they should. The towels were clean.The hotel is pretty quiet and I slept uninterupted.The hotel is also centrally located. So,I went to the mall and walmart at night and felt safe. The breakfast isn't fabulous but atleast they had coffee and I wasn't hungry. Finally, it's a safe and friendly area. All of my lyft drivers were nice, friendly people. Great place and highly recommended

The property on the outside looks nice. When you walk in, it looks like the beginnings of a homeless shelter. There is a secured door before you can get to the elevator which I thought ok better security but odd because I’ve never seen at a hotel. The carpet in alway needs to be replaced. The room needs to be updated. The beds look like they came from IKEA. The black metal legs show. There’s no bed skirt to hide the bare bones. The linens were so worn they lost the color and look like they came from a 14 yo boy’s room. They were well worn and should be thrown in the trash. The furniture was very cheap. The walls had marks on them, dust and dirt in the corners near the bed. The roof of the downstairs entry way was next to the window and it looked there was feces. I can’t confirm that but idk what else it could be since there are no trees around. I decided not to stay. I was afraid there might be some type of infestation. I didn’t even want my items on the bed. This place is a motel and not a hotel. It’s extended stay. Customer service was good. The man was quick in checking is in. Sadly, I could not get a refund but even so, I would rather lose my money than stay there.

The place was sketchy. When we first drove up, there was a car with hood up, two cars banged up, people sitting inside cars with loud music. Inside on our floor, two different rooms had people sitting outside talking on the phones (8:00 at night)-staff did go and talk with them. Second night two cop cars in parking lot. I asked them if they thought it was safe here. They said "ye#", but call any time. Staff was very pleasant and helpful Blanket so thin, did not even know blanket was on. Was able to get another. Bed was comfortable. No tissues. Refrigerator noisy (like really noisy-sounded like someone snoring all night long!)

I have stayed here several times this year and each time things have improved. New management has brought the property back to that of a normal budget motel aimed at the extended-stay market. This last stay was the best of the lot. The facilities are excellent and the staff friendly and competent.

The room smelled way too strong with cleaning product, almost couldn’t breathe in there. The bed was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep. The toilet was dirty. The shower looked like it had dried blood on the wall. Bathroom fan didn’t work. We came back after 10 and there was homeless people hanging around the parking lot. We were worried about our car getting broken into. I will never stay there again.

This hotel is cheap but if you have a pet, the pet fee is $60. they wouldn't let me cancel once I found out the cost of the room was as much as the pet fee. I called hotels.com from the hotel to cancel, and when they called the hotel, the hotel wouldn't let me cancel out of spite. Terrible manager. They put me on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. The bed was so tall I had to jump to get on it. Also a hole in the curtains. This is a long term stay hotel so that is why it's cheap per night. Also I couldn't find an ice machine. There were trays in the fridge freezer in the room but no ice in it. Every time you had to go in/out you need a key and in the front it's a double door o when you're taking stuff to your car, it's super annoying. I'll never forget the rudeness of the manager and how he put his employee in the position of having to deal with me. I didn't yell or carry on, I merely told them manager he was being rude and I wanted to stay elsewhere. He went into the other room and when hotels.com called to confirm the cancelation, he instructed the employee to deny it. All he had to do was approve it and I could have gone elsewhere. Also that particular night my dog fell ill and being on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall was ridiculous. We had to go out 3 times in the middle of the night. It's too bad because the hotel itself was nice. I've never given a bad review like this but I had to say something. I'm a manager myself and it wasn't right. Watch your back!!

Dear Anonymous, Our pet policy which is clearly posted on the website dose indicate the 50 required fee. The cancelation policy is 24 hours and is also clearly listed. Yes we do provide ice trays for making ice but we do not provide ice. Each of our accommodations is equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer. We are a secured facility and we explained at check-in you will need a key to access the interior of the building keeping unwanted and unauthorized people from entering, Again thank you for staying with us and we do appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel.

Great hotel, loved it in the past. The amount of chemicals they spray to "sanitize" the rooms is so excessive that I got a headache as soon as I entered. I slept with my air purifier blowing in my face but when I got up to use the rest room at 3am I had another headache before I could get back to my purifier. The common areas were just as bad.

So, I am in town for medical school and I have stayed here before with no problems. On this stay I am missing the reclining chair that comes with the room I paid for and I have been given excuse after excuse. Been here for six days and have asked three times and still NO CHAIR!

I spent the night here and the cleanliness, customer service was good. Only thing I did not like was that the walls seem very thin & you can hear people talking, and noises a little more than I usually do in hotels. Dogs barking alot also.

This is definitely a no frills hotel. But it was clean. The beds weren't very comfortable and were on a simple metal frame that skidded on the floor if you barely brushed it. Apparently even an ice machine is considered a frill. Having said that, it was inexpensive and clean.
