"My stay was better than expected with the experience I’ve had at other businesses.
The guy at the front desk was very helpful ( I forgot his name) I had a little trouble getting my tv to work and when I called down to the front desk he came quickly fixing it with no problem
I went out for the afternoon my first day in and came back to a clean room with fresh sheets
I definitely will be booking here again when I come back to visit "

"This was our 2nd time to stay. This time we stayed two nights. We had more time to thoroughly consume all the things, other than a room, they had to offer.... attention to detail get 5 stars. ultra modern facility gets 5 stars..overall. Personel (Every single one of them) gets 5 stars. Drink prices at the bar gets 3 stars . They seemed exceptionally high but who know. Probable not much different than others like it. It was fun. "Great place to stay in the DFW area. It was about 10 minutes from Grapevine Mills Mall. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff were all very friendly and personable. Breakfast choices were good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."
