"The room was SPOTLESS and what a beautiful view of Columbia river. Everything was set up beautifully to make you feel welcomed. I have one negative which is the filter of the air-conditioning....it smelt like old cigarettes? I reported it to customer service desk and they said they would get it changed. The evening staff gal at desk was ABSOLUTELY helpful and kind."

"The woman who checked me in was very helpful and gave me a thorough explanation of how the property works. Its an easy place to come and go, and be self-sufficient. Having a kitchenette was nice as well so I could keep my leftovers cool then reheat them easily. Didn't want to waste good leftovers!"

"Great location. Fabulous breakfast. Wonderful staff. Very comfortable accommodations. Close to the Columbia River for a long refreshing walk. Close to some great restaurants. (Might suggest updating bedspreads, texture is a bit rough.) Otherwise, if in Richland we’ll visit The Hampton Inn again."
