Lobby was locked down had a reservation no one home Broken windows very dirty No went to help you around the facility so we had to go somewhere else wouldn’t of stayedanyway it was very scary

Think twice before staying!
We didnt even stay. The lady checking us in was on the phone the whole time. She was high on something. When i asked if we were almost done with the check in she looked at me like i hadnt been standing there for 20 minutes. We just took the loss and went to another hotel.

I showed up at 2 am to get my room with my daughter . Called all 3 numbers listed on the door. No answer. I started to drive and got a call back from a lady that was sleeping. I had already drove 20 minutes. Was not going to turn around. Besides there was a couple scary looking guy’s hanging out in the parking lot

It was the last available place to stay during the eclipse and now we know why😂 No frills. Pretty clean but super run down and old. The bedding was thin and had stains. The plugs wouldn’t stay in the outlets. Smelled old and musty. Outside was sketch. People stomping in room above all night. Light bulbs missing in the fixtures. Etc etc.

I should have slept in my car!
This is the worst overnight I've ever had at a business. First and foremost, the room was advertised as one king and one queen, but was actually two queens. The whole room was in shambles: stains on the bedding, no shower curtain, and the power outlets had no covers and were too loose to safely use. It wouldn't have mattered anyway, though, because the power kept going in and out all night. Even the floor was awful! The room I received was not level, as in there was a bump on the way to the bathroom. Everyone in my party kept stumbling on it! This was not worth ANY amount of money. Even in a pinch, just sleep in your car instead of going to this motel.

I know the other hotels and inns were all booked due to people checking in to see the solar eclipse. So, this was the only last option, but I would’ve slept in the car rather than gather bed bugs and hair lice sleeping in this nasty inn with almost everything broken and absolutely everything dirty.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures. For $255. I thought it would be a nice stay for my wife and I. It was run down, The bed was not made - you didn’t want to sleep on it anyway. It smelled bad. I asked for a cancellation/refund. The clerk said I had to contact Expedia. We continued driving and did not stay there. Expedia was very difficult to contact and deal with. We have a case open with Expedia. We hope for a credit on our credit card.

Literally the only hotel in the southern half of Utah with availability due to the eclipse occurring the next morning. Drove an hour out of the way but needed somewhere to sleep. Looked sketchy outside when we arrived, the lobby had strange decor but it appeared clean. Checked in and received a hand written paper with our room number and a code. The code is the key to open the room door. Hauled all of our stuff up the rusty stairs and opened our room door to find people already using the room. Fortunately, they were very kind and understanding. After sincere apologies we received an empty room. The deadbolt didn’t work and the chain lock was missing the chain so we felt unsecured. It appeared our room was subject to a previous flood as there were water marks and mold up over the baseboards. The box springs under the mattresses were exposed and looked like they were drug in from an abandoned field. Holes were punched in the walls and bathroom door. Cigarette ash was floating in the toilet. Two stained hand towels were the only towels available. Hair dryer was ripped off the wall and missing. Everything was filthy. Sketchy people wandering around the parking lot. It appears it’s probably a rent by the hour motel.

There were bugs crawling all over in the bath room, I videoed the bugs. Room lock was unsafe, befd very old and uncomfortable. No breakfast served, and cup of coffee offered "after" 9:00. Sheets on bed had 4 places of dark stains, and a cigarette hole in the sheet!! Not a good experience
We where in hotel for 20 min then checked out my kids where complaining about getting bites. So we loaded up and drove rest the way home. I have never had that happen to me before.

The first room we were given smelled of smoke and uncleanliness. We changed rooms and it smelled of weed and cigarettes. The shower water would not get hot. There were stains everywhere and the white toilet seat was so worn it was black in places. There were holes in the wall and one of the towels we were given was still damp and stained. There were a lot of seedy people hanging out by our room the whole night. I would not recommend staying here.

Do not stay here!! The rooms stink! We had no towels! Beds were the worst I have ever seen! Took us over 30 min to check in because the clerk has to call owner to get a special code to let you into the room! Rooms are dated and not even close to what the picture on Expedia look like!

I waited for at least 15 minutes in the office for someone to check me in. The owner/manager couldn't be found. No Internet, most of the channels on the TV weren't subscribed for. The sheets had actual holes in them. Only one bath towel,no wash cloths,no hand towels. The rest of the staff seemed nice but the property needs serious work. Way too expensive for what you get.

for a non smoking room both rooms I've been in had old and new smoke smells. one headboard had a cigarette left and burn marks all over headboard. some of the rooms have the old original carpeting and paneling or old wall paper. usually clean but have had to reclean bathroom before using it. staff were nice and helpful the few times I've stayed. Not the best stay but when in a pinch it's lower rates.

Strong smoke smell
It was marked as a non smoking room but it smelled very strongly of smoke. They also posted that people aren’t allowed to smoke within 25 ft of the rooms but a lady next door was smoking right outside her door. The shower curtain didn’t stretch across the whole shower and the shower head didn’t work very well. The beds were comfortable but one of the sheets had stains on it.

This property should not even be listed as a place for travelers to stay. It is run down dirty and not safe. The front desk staff are pleasant but maybe not in the correct position. The room was filthy and had bugs and was not properly stocked ie no wash cloths no coffee (but had coffee maker). Yes all these things could have been fixed with a trip to the front desk that is if anyone was there. They rented my “room” to someone else which frightened both of us. This is a place where people stay when they are in transition. One step away from being homeless. There is nothing wrong with that but I do not believe that it is a place for travelers or vacationer’s to stay. I strongly urge you to remove it from your website

Pros: the front desk lady was very kind and the towels were fluffy and great. Also, there were beds, walls, a roof, and running water. Cons: despite being a non-smoking property, there was a drawer filled with cigarette ashes, an ash tray, and a cigarette and the room stank of smoke. We needed to get in touch with the property prior to check in and had to call 8x before anyone answered. The room is outdated and falling apart (broken toilet flusher, filthy tub due to build-up, etc.) The booking said one king, one queen and it was instead 2 queens. That's fine, but was just disappointing. The bedding did not fit/was too small. I did not feel it was safe for my 2 toddlers to crawl on the floor or explore. The wifi did not work at all.

The property was clean for the most part. There was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The pillows were a little too soft for my taste, just had to double them up. I checked out early (7:00 AM) but the lobby was locked so I couldn’t confirm nor could I get a receipt. I had to call later. I don’t know if they have check out on the T.V. , if so, I couldn’t find it
