"I have stayed at this Quality Inn at least two times in the past and every time I leave happy. It is affordable and very clean. I enjoy my stays there."

"Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. "The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues."

"Microtel- Janesville has a TON of TV channels to choose from which is wonderful BUT can someone explain to me why Fox News was the only channel muted out? You saw the screen but no sound. CNN was fine, MSNBC was fine, all other news channels and all other channels worked just fine...only FOX News didn't have sound. Why? Hmmmm. I will not go to this hotel again for this reason."

"Cleanest hotel ever. Granted the building is older, but this is the best maintained property ever. Friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. I mean so many choices, the donuts are in little packages. There is yogurt and fruit cups and fresh bananas apples and oranges. Cereal in little boxes. Hard boiled eggs, cheese omelets, plain omelets. Milk cartons. Bacon, waffles, French toast, sausage!!!! So awesome. Pool was very warm and hot tub worked.Bed was comfy air conditioning worked fine."

"I have stayed at a number of motel 6’s over the years, and this was the most expensive, and the dirtiest. The door to the room was beat to hell, and greasy finger prints all over the inside of the door. Curtains were torn, floor turned my socks black. The bathroom faucet leaks all over the countertop, and the mold in the shower was too much to bear. The pillows were like pancakes, well past their useful life, and the thin towels smelled like pot. The bathroom door had had multiple hooks...
