A few hours before check in we got an email from holiday inn canceling our reservation. Expedia has not been able to confirm anything. I had to find a new hotel at the last minute and wasted a lot of time trying to clear everything up. Spent a long time on a chat with someone from Expedia and they were not able to give me any answers. They gave me a $50 credit and said someone should contact me within 3-5 business days. I don’t think I can trust Expedia in the future when I am booking travel. I will most likely be using a different travel provider.
