Tive problemas com minha estadia. Cheguei cansado de viagem e quando fui ao quarto, o ar condicionado estava com defeito. Um "técnico" ficou por 2h dentro do quarto tentando o conserto, quando finalmente decidiram que estava com defeito e nos inforamram que nao havia outro quarto de casal disponivel. Eu e minha esposa tivemos que acimeitar um quarto com duas camas de casal sem ser oferecido nemhum descontou ou outro bemeficio por isso. Quanto ao cafe. É bem basico, poicas opcoes e de qualidade media.

Boa localização

Um dos diferenciais do hotel é o transfer para o aeroporto, porém quando cheguei para fazer o check-in e solicitei o serviço, fui informada que aos domingos não tem. No mais a estadia foi tranquila, hotel bem localizado.

Excelente estadia no fds do casamento

Foi maravilhosa! Ficamos em uma suíte ampla com hall, sacada, banheira hidro e sacada. O atendimento foi excelente e o time ainda nos fez uma surpresa para quando voltamos no dia de nosso casamento (escolhemos o Taiwan para passar o fim de semana do casamento). Muito obrigado pela ótima estadia!! Recomendo a todos!!

Hotel mais antigo, localzado na região central da cidade. Quarto confortável com um bom banheiro e chuveiro - televisão pequena. As áreas de lazer (piscina, academia e salão) parecem carecer de alguma atualização. O atendimento, desde o check-in até a saída foi um ponto fora da curva. Todos muito prestativos e solícitos.

Os colaboradores do hotel são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Achei o travesseiro muito baixo, mas, ao solicitar mais dois, fomos prontamente atendidos. A piscina é boa, e a localização é excelente, bem próxima de tudo. No entanto, o estacionamento deixou a desejar, pois é terceirizado e exige pagamento toda vez que o carro é retirado. Seria mais conveniente se o pagamento fosse feito apenas no final da estadia.
