Top Ribbesford Hotel Reviews

ibis budget Birmingham Centre

8/10 Good

"The parking area gate was half open so luckily I didn’t need to park, as access seemed limited. Directions to reception were clear and easy to get to. Staff were polite and professional. The rooms were small but clean, however there were no bins which I thought odd. I didn’t come down for breakfast and think there should be an option for breakfast to be brought up or already in the room. No kettle and teas which I thought was odd as well, but there were plenty of towels and the room had excellent heating and A/C. Vending machines with reasonably priced items and area where there is a microwave and various spaces to sit or eat. Very comfortable stay and I would go there again."

8/10 Good

"Amazing value for the price and much better than expected. The premises were very clean and tidy and the service from the staff, especially in the restaurant, was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was kept constantly replenished. On the slightly negative side the car park was very congested with vans and commercials but if you drive to the rear of the hotel there is plenty of parking for cars. Our room was fine but the bed harder than we like. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and would certainly use again."
