"Location, location location. An historic place, located in a peninsula ((guess it was an island before), very close to the beach promenade. Luscious grounds and breathtaking views of the bay. The views from our window were spectacular. Hotel is well kept. Staff is professional and corteous, a little dry on the front desk, but not so at the restaurant and bar, where the staff was always smiling and helpful. Very refreshing. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with gorgeous views....

La terraza es muy bonita y permite disfrutar del entorno y la playa está a dos metros con aparcamiento y buenos servicios"

"Hotel Resturante Ruas is a lovely hotel with superior guest service. Our room was spotless and easily accessible. The hotel's location cannot be beat for centrality and usefulness for the Camino. Its restaurant and cafeteria ensure you have easy access to good meals. And the location puts you next to all kinds of restaurants, shops, and churches. The accommodations are simple, but they are clean and there is air conditioning. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The hotel location is great, a few minutes away from the beach. The reception staff gave a friendly and helpful welcome. I was there for an overnight stay so can only comment on the room. I was in a triple room with no view. The room was dated with bedding that had seen better days. Noise travelled easily through the walls and overall it was not the best night's sleep."
