"Property misleadingly represented on the site, showing all property types including balconies in there imagery. Certain units don't include them which aren't clear on the site.
On Site management flagged there is always issues with this but expedia not willing to improve the clarity on the website. Ironically when asking for the review expedia asked me to "rave about the balcony" despite the property not including one

"The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bedroom was actually on extend to the lounge with only a bifold door separating them. You couldn’t watch the tv as the sofas were not able to be positioned in the right place. Unfortunately there was shards of glass on one of the sofas which my daughter cut her hand on. Had everything you need if you’re going to cook. I mean every thing. We had two showers and sinks to wash. One toilet for three is great but if you had 6 I don’t think that would work. We stayed on bottom floor like a dungeon and was disappointed by that but to chicken to ask to stay on floor 2, 3, 4 or 5th floor. It would have been epic for the view. Like I said we were in the dungeon without a view....
