Hotel Pantai di Pergunungan Rhodope

"Very charming place with welcoming people!"

"EVET "

"excelent host"

"The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast...

"Hepsi diye biliriz, ofa konforundan çalışan personeline kadar herşey çok güzeldi."

"Best spa in area"

"The staff were fantastic and the facilities are amazing."

"The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years. This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"

"Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and lovely Mountain View’s. We used the jacuzzi but the jets didn’t work. The sauna and steam room were great. The breakfast on Sunday was quite a spread. The hostess was quite brusque. We enjoyed our stay. We had a car. The walk to town would be too long for some people."

"Quarto limpo, grande, tranquilo. Refeições boas. Piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Não usei o SPA por opção minha. Bom estacionamento coberto. A recepcionista do check in foi maravilhosa, dia 16/05 , atenciosa, simpática , me levou até perto da cancela que acessa o estacionamento, mostrou o hotel, avisou que tentaria um check out às 14h se o apartamento não estivesse com reserva e tudo com um sorriso no rosto. Em contra partida, a recepcionista do dia 17 era totalmente diferente. Não esboçou um...

"Prefect quiet location clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were great and dinners too. I will stay again and highly recommend others too"

"Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel."

"Alles was perfect "

"From the moment we arrived, our experience was highly disappointing. The hotel is situated in an unpaved area with rough gravel roads, surrounded by an overgrown vacant lot. Upon arrival, there were no English-speaking staff members available at the front desk. Instead, we were greeted by a maintenance worker who appeared to handle multiple roles. While he was exceptionally polite, helpful, and welcoming, he spoke only Bulgarian, which made communication difficult. When we were escorted to our...

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"
