"I loved the location and cleanliness of the facility. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will use them again the next time I go there."

"Das Frühstuck war außergewöhnlich. Zimmer was sehr sauber."

"Location is great, just steps away from the dom and shopping!"

"Well for the price, don’t expect too much. It’s not really too close to the airport and the free shuttle service is only once an hour. We missed the 16:20 shuttle from airport to hotel and took an Uber for C$28 instead. The morning 7:30am departure from hotel back to airport had so many passengers with luggage and they had to stop at another Zleep hotel and picked up another 40+ passengers with luggage. It was a chaos and 10 minutes plus late to the airport. Not a good experience."

"We only stayed one night at this comfortable hotel in beautiful Basel. Breakfast good, beds excellent and shower just the job. Staff very helpful in retrieving lost insulin. We’ll be back!"

"Rooms are clean, the hotel is close to the main train station and other amenities. Breakfast does get busy but plenty of space to sit. One minor issue was the TV wasn't working which although not essential was a slight annoyance."
