"The hotel looks a little underwhelming from the outside, the inside has kept most of its period charges. The staff are friendly and helpful, and can speak other languages. The room was clean and tidy with excellent quality bedding. Only a few minor things we expected a coffee machine but got a kettle. And the fan in the bathroom was not working.
The location was good very close to the main market square and shops."
"Wonderful new hotel with cozy rooms, great views, and very tasteful interior and exterior design. We had dinner in their restaurant and the food was remarkably good, topped only by extremely attentive and swift service. My husband used the gym, which is on the smaller side but brand new, Rooms are quiet, mattress was excellent and firm - we slept very well. Overall a superb hotel in the hills above the Rhine. Highly recommend!"
"Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kommt von dort aus überall gut hin.
Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Zimmer waren soweit in Ordnung. An einigen Ecken müsste etwas ausgebessert werden und es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Housekeeping zumindest den Mülleimer in einem Familienzimmer geleert hätte.
Der Fitnessbereich ist klein, aber ausreichend und die Hygiene gut.
Der Pool war super zur Abkühlung nach dem Sightseeing, allerdings waren die Umkleide und die Dusche...
