"Clean rooms"

"Easy check in, let us check in before the check in time. Room is nice and clean. I would include the parking with the room rate. I was disappointed that it’s 24 euro per day. Had I knew that I may have chosen a different hotel that include free parking to guests. "

"Hotel is great as a stopping off place before an early morning flight from the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport yet quiet inside and out. It’s located by a local train station which has services to the airport or into the center of Frankfurt so great position for exploring or onward travel. We had two rooms which were good sized, clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helped make the stay enjoyable. "

"Convenient place to stay that is directly attached to the airport. Really good if you have a long layover or a stop over night. "

"Some rooms dont have AC workings and the staff said to open window. After talking to other staff they changed the room. Location is very good. Staff should be able to speak English if they are going to answer the phone. Overall had a good stay "

"The place is great for its price Shafi and murtaza were great i don’t know if i spelled their name correct and also the night shift guy.. Cleaning service was great.. They gave a room and AC wasn’t that great and they fixed the issue right away and gave me a better room. Location is very good center of Frankfurt anything you need is near by food/malls etc The only thing is a bit annoying outside the hotel are some homeless people who are blocking the walking way but other than that Its one of the great places in Frankfurt now and i come to Frankfurt every year I would definitely come again Thank you team Hotel Lumière"
