"This hotel is not worth the expensive night stay they are charging. We checked in and were given a room that was obviously not properly cleaned. "Leider keine Klimaanlage, das Zimmer war bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur schon sehr aufgeheizt, obwohl es Ostseite war und die Rollläden unten waren. Ich hatte einen Ventilator im Voraus angefordert, der auch auf dem Zimmer war, mit nur 2 Steckdosen im Zimmer war das aber auch etwas schwierig. In Dusche gab es etwas Schimmel am Silikon. "日本人の方へ、ここはホテルと書いてありますがホテルではないです。そう思う理由: ① フロントありません。 ② ジムなどの施設ありません。 ③ シーツ、タオルの交換ありません。 ④ 掃除もしてくれません。言ってみれば、エアビー/寮みたいな施設で、予約すると鍵のピンコードをメールで送ってきます。横にアジア系飲食店(ベトナミーズ、チャイニーズ)があるのは便利だが、目の前の広場にホームレスがたむろしてます。それを見ると、治安が良いようには見えません。それと、ケルン駅から近いと書いてありますが、徒歩です。30分弱です。何度も書きますが、ここはホテルではありません。そこだけは気をつけてください。"
