"Nice hotel. Only problem we had was the bed sheet had a nasty blood/fluid stain on the sheet over the mattress. Upon further inspection the mattress pad underneath had the exact same stain directly underneath. That tells me that house keeping is either so good they keep the mattress pad and sheets together perfectly or they just never changed either. I think anyone reading this can figure out which is correct."

"Our reservation was for the people and there were only two sets of towels in our room. We were there for a funeral so when we called for the missing set of towels they said housekeeping wasn't in yet so we had to go pick them up at the front desk. My husband picks them up but there are no washcloths only large towels and a towel for the floor. RIDICULOUS!!! The next morning, we call for towels around the time housekeeping was supposed to be in and out took two hours for us to receive towels....

"We were set up in a room for disabled people (at our request). Location was great but it was next to the maintenance storage room. Lots of activity with bins rolling in and out, door slamming, and bumps into the wall. There was a small patch of black mold on the wall above the sink. Breakfast was great, staff at the breakfast bar was helpful and friendly. Great location for activities."
