那裡沒有check in counter, 也不會有職員在該處，這是bnb 不是酒店。 抵達後需要致電他們取得大門及信箱密碼，然後在信箱取鎖鑰。 幸好上網卡有附帶短暫的通話時間能打電話問到取鎖鑰方法，但我認為他們greeting 電郵內應盡早通知旅客抵達後需致電他們取鎖鑰，而我出發前電郵問他們有否職員在那裡及需要電話聯絡的電郵也沒回覆。 該住宿煮食設備齊全，環境整潔舒適，地點很方便，樓下便是各tour 及機場接送上下車地點。 雖然是bnb但還是推薦這裡。

A great stay in the city centre

A great stay in a lovely city. The apartment was spacious, well laid out, great view, lovely and warm and very clean. It was well located within an easy walk of the centre of town. Would recommend and would stay there again. All staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful

My family and I stayed in the apartment for four days in January 11th to 14th. It didn’t start particularly well as we could not find the apartment, although unbeknown to us it was very close to the bus stop 10 where we were dropped off. There was no sign on the entrance door and our map locator indicated it was further up the road from the bus stop. On the third attempt at contacting the owner he eventually talked us through finding the entrance. Apartment was ok for our needs, although the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The TV or music system didn’t work and there was a distinct lack of drinking mugs or clean towels / cloths. We contacted the owner who advised he would rectify these things the next day, but this didn’t happen. All in all the apartment was ok, but finding it was a nightmare and it would have been nice to unwind in the evening watching a bit of television.

屋主搞錯旅行booking，要我地夜晚收拾行李交換返間房，雖然路程短但安排很差，一早send e mail問資料，只係回覆機本可以睇到既資料，等於冇答過，例如大廈入口在那，只回覆街名，沒有泊車位置，只可以下午自費泊街 沒有E mail提及房間資料，幾樓咩室，門鎖密碼一律沒有提供，好彩有電話可以打比負責人問到資料，好唔方便！ 差！

It is very difficult to find the hotel. No signal and the number is wrong. The correct street number is 103 in the fifth floor. They charge you a clean fee of 6000 (60 dollars) but the apartment isnt very clean. Fail

Centre of Reykjavik but hairs on the bed sheets

The living room is very spacious, nearly too bare. The kitchen and bathroom are nice. The two bedrooms, however are small. This is not an issue for me but what I don't expect to find is hairs on ALL the bed sheets. I tried to change to the other room but had the same problem! Check in is easy and the location is good but I wouldn't stay here again.

spacious for a family with children

However, method of check in was not properly conveyed. We arrived at the apartment but there was no one. We had to call and then was informed to get the key from the Noodle House which is a stone throw away. Unable to find the apartment we had to station our children at a restaurant to keep them out from the cold weather. Apartment and everything in it were new, clean and warm. Kitchen is well equipped. Waching machine is available.

Great location and condition of the apartment. However, you need a code to get into the building, and we didn't receive it until a few hours after our check-in time. Make sure you're in contact with the staff to ensure you have all the information to get the code and key. That was our only complaint. The unit was clean and lots of space for my family of 4.

BSIバスターミナルから徒歩で約15分くらいなので、使いやすい。 ここは、ホテルではなく、民泊なので、なんでもしてくれるフロントや、レストランなどはない。 レイキャビクの中心にあるので、買い物等に不便はない。

Good apartment conveniently located

Apartment was clean and tidy with all the facilities required. It is in a very good location convenient for shops, restaurants and tour pick up points. Could do with a few minor improvements / refresh but overall a good value base for a small family or couple to explore from.

호텔 같은 간판이 없어서 찾기가 어렵고 사람도 없어서 체크인하는 데 어려움이 있음. 위치 파악을 위해 집주인에게 전화를 하고 메일함에 보관한 열쇠를 찾아 들어가야 하는 과정이 상당히 번거로웠음. 하지만 매우 깨끗하고 세련된 집으로 주방 세탁실 등이 구비되어 있어서 시설에 대한 만족도는 매우 높음. 무료주차도 가능했음.

Convenient location

Bus stop no.10 is just outside the apartment's entrance. The location is convenient and on the main shopping street. You can have plenty choices of restaurant nearby. The apartment provides you with sufficient cooking utencils to make your meals.

Met the owner to take us to his apartment (he has 2 different buildings) to show us around & get the keys. The building we stayed had public pay parking in the garage so access to the apartments had FOBs. Approaching the front door was not pleasing to the eye. Hallways were clean but the kitchen was not. 3 under counter lights were not working which the owner fixed the following day. Bedrooms are very small as beds are up against the wall. Did not use washer/dryer. The balcony area could do with some cleaning. Had trouble getting TV & internet working so after 2 days the owner came to fix it. My husband does the cooking so it was surprising he mentioned some of the pans were dirty & he was not happy with the apartment. He ended up washing the hood fan which was extremely greasy. We stayed 4 nights and may have had a better experience staying at a hotel as rate per night was comparable but we like to cook.

Central apartment in Reykjavik

Very convenient location in the centre of Reykjavik. The apartment had all the amenities, but was a little tired (blinds were broken, and glasses chipped). The location and the convenience of an apartment were very positive. There was only street parking and we had to move the car before 9am or pay for parking in order to avoid getting ticketed. Good central place from which to explore the city.

Decent location, overpriced

This was in a good location for downtown Reykjavik however there was a lot of confusion over getting paid and getting the location of the place and how to get in. This place is a space in an apartment building, so no front desk at all. Host was good at communicating however since I was in a foreign country it was hard to get good communication through my server. Many things were broken including the blinds which were needed during August midnight sun. Also, this is a one bedroom with a very uncomfortable bed in the living space. Coffee maker was also broken. This was overpriced and $60 cleaning fee for a one night stay was too much.
