This property was awful. It was very hard to find, and felt unsafe. It is essentially a garage building with the rooms on top of the garages. The garages were filled with trash and construction materials, and they were doing construction for hours late into the night while we were trying to sleep after a long travel day. There were also not enough towels for 3 people and the bathroom had no amenities like body soap or shampoo. If the room had wifi, there were no instructions on how to access it so we had no service to do anything. Overall just a really disappointing stay, I'm not sure how this even made it onto Expedia.

The place looked pretty rundown from the outside but inside was ok. The lighting was pretty dark which was annoying and the light switch in the bathroom was broken so you had to mess with it a bit to get it to work. The door lock on the outside was still abit funky also and then we accidentally locked ourselves outside and theu said they would meet us but were over an hour late and we couldn't reach them when we tried so we were left hanging about whether or not we could actually get back in. In the end it all worked out and tbe place did fine for the 2 nights we were there.

entrance code seem to have problem getting in, shower no soap, shampoo etc.not provided, limited bath towel.Talking about this place, l actually have two separate night the first night suppose to be on the 15 of September , we didn't get the reply or code to the building and we call the owner, the owner reply by saying l didn't have a reservation...we had to find another accommodation in the city...l hope you can refund us the first night. Thank you

This is the worst stay I’ve had ever during traveling for more than 10 years all over the world. First of all they post photo that they have two king beds and a sofa in this place. There was one raggedy bed and a beat up sofa. The host took forever to reply and when they finally did never appeared again after I told them they perhaps gave us wrong room because it didn’t match the photos on post. I had to contact Expedia and Expedia couldn’t resolve the issue. Left part of our family sleeping on the floor. Not enough blankets or pillows. Hole in the bathroom. No microwave as stated in description and the location is terrible. It’s like a warehouse district and they alap lied about water view as well. The place is noisy and the entry door makes noise through the night and feels like someone is trying to break in. The lock feels like it’s about to break. No security. Beware with this place. Do not bring your family here if you love them. This property should be taken off Expedia for lying and deceiving and unresponsiveness.

The room was great however the building it was located in looks like an abandoned factory from the outside. The check in instructions were also incorrect.

Pretty sketchy and police knocked on door

While the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the beds were comfortable, this place had a lots of little things that need improvement. The building itself is a row of garages, like a warehouse and pretty sketchy with no signs or labels so I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place. The apartment is new but poorly constructed: —the bathroom doorknob was broken- you’d get stuck in there if you closed the door. —the shower water gets all over the floor —there were no towel racks or hooks —there were no hangers —there’s a window /skylight with no shade so the room could never get even close to dark —the floor was really noisy with every step —some of the outlets didn’t work But the biggest problem with this apartment was that —the police— knocked on the door around 9:30pm asking if we lived there and how we booked it and who we rented from. Fairly certain this place is not registered or legal as a short term rental. When you go in the door from the outside, past the blocked out garage window with old insulation, it takes you upstairs to a big open space with other doors to I think apartments for real residents. It was very strange and pretty sketchy. Ocean views- yeah, over the industrial area and big trucks. I would definitely not recommend this apartment.

Wouldn’t recommend for a family

First want to say that the host was responsive and helpful. There was an electrical issue that they resolved within 15 min. The payment was not straightforward and required that I be sent a link to pay separately, which is always riskier. While the decor in the apartment was beautiful, and the apartment was clean, what I didn’t realize was that it was located above what looked to be an abandoned garage. We drove around for quite awhile until I worked the courage to see if that could actually be the building. In my 20s this may have been fine, but with a family and small children, it was off-putting and didn’t feel safe.

Does live up to the photos, need EXT photo too

Does live up to photos and is somewhat better in terms of interior. Beds were very comfortable, much better mattresses than many other Iceland comparables. Entry to apartment and check in process just need some extra work and it would be full marks. If you are looking at booking this off of the photos I would say go ahead, just know that the apartment is not what shows up on Google when you search Keflavík Luxury Apartments is not the unit pictured/booked here. All the host needs is to add some extra info to their check-in email about getting to it and what to expect on the exterior (unit is part of a warehouse type building with an unlocked door leading to an interior hallway space that leads to the doors for at least one, if not several units). The exterior was just so unmarked that when we saw it we left the first time thinking it was just an industrial space. Even if you try the door and see the hallway you might think you were in the wrong place at first. Once inside the unit it was clear the host wanted to make it exceed the expectation of the photos, there was a fuller kitchen than expected that was even stocked with some olive oil and coffee syrup. I don’t think there was wifi there, nothing was in the check in info about it and there wasn’t an obvious open network SSID for the place. Someone had messed up the bathroom door handle a bit, but that can happen to any short term rental. Overall super pleased despite the minor hiccups.

Easy to find and near the centre of town. Some nice home touches and supply of teas and coffees. Beds very comfortable with excellent shower and kitchen. Only negatives were needs a roof window blind, window had a gap allowing the wind in and no wifi.

Do not recommend anything about the property. We did not feel safe and ended up not staying. Did not reiceive any reply from the owners when trying to get a refund since the property was unacceptable. Pretty sure laws and regulations are not being followed.

爐具電源壞了，需使用延長線另接電源，房內裝潢偏昏暗，熱水很熱且水壓充足，好用的浴室，房間門口讓人有不安全的感覺。
