"This hotel requires a modernization and some serious sound proofing. You can hear everything through the doors as if you were standing next to the person speaking. The furniture in the rooms is old and needs a refresh. There are no usb ports in the lamps on the night stand and the electrical plugs are few and hard to find. The staff was polite and friendly, but were just going through the motions. Getting out of the parkade was also a challenge. New signage and perhaps no trucks allowed in it as it is very cramped and driving through was like a parkour course. "

"The room we got was double the size of the standard. Ok cleanliness. Fans in the rooms were not too loud at night. There is no AC, do if the room gets hot it's hard to cool with the windows wide open. Beds were firm, pillows were soft. The carpet was bump at different parts of the Inn. No pool. It's an old Inn but still an average Inn. Close to Grout Road so easy to get to downtown or to get to U of A. There is addition fees to stay so watch for those. "

"Our experience was fine. Older hotel, so room had usual lack of power outlets. Also, shower head was extremely short. The parking was extremely limited, with a $30/night fee. I assume that they also have access to some of the adjacent impark lots, but that wasn't clarified for us."

"Only complaint I have and isn’t a biggie. It’s that there is only one ice machine in the lobby gift shop. It takes a long time to walk if you’re at the end of the hallway and don’t want to do a shortcut and go out in the cold. The hallway corners could have a few ice machines tucked in them. Other than that the place is great! Great pool with slide! And the restaurant upstairs is nice with friendly staff!"

"Was not communicated to us that parking was an extra charge - the way they explained it was that parking was available. Not that it was $35.00 a day. Secondly, when our room was cleaned, all they did was make the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned at all (toilet not scrubbed, garbage not taken out, etc) Room was very hot and stayed at 22 degrees even though we turned the fan to be on high and adjusted the temperature. Check in was very good though. "
