"The hotel is in a lovely location. Close to all the amenities of the town. Staff seemed helpful and accomodating. The apartment suites were very well appointed and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sofa had crumbs and hair. I requested for it to be cleaned in the morning as I had checked in late and the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I was promised that the room would be deep cleaned in the morning. However, this was not done. I had to...

"Clean and well decorated. staff friendly since there is no elevator to go to the room upstairs the staff help carry the luggage upstairs for us .breakfast is good and dining room area with bright good outdoor view . There is a clear clean outdoor swimming pool and chair for guest to enjoy . free parking just beside hotel ."

"The reception area is on the first floor, accessed by a long staircase (no lift). Our room was on the second floor, up another two flights of stairs, one of which has uneven steps. The room was very stylish but not very practical. Very little storage space and no air conditioning."

"Attention to little things such as placing a variety of chocolates/nougat/calissons each night on the bed and a bottle of wine to welcome guests. Food was excellent. Cocktails were lovely. Having indoor and outdoor pool was a bonus. The nearby town of Forcalquier was well worth visiting"

"Was not able to stay because we got there at 2 in the morning. The host messaged me that we had to pay taxes by 18:00 or they would not leave us room keys. I didn’t get the message in time and we were left exhausted with no where to go."
