"Had such a magical stay at Chateau Louise. The rooms are gorgeous with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Lovely grounds to walk around and it’s generally just a beautiful area. Amazing service from everyone who worked there. We had a warm welcome open arrival with champagne sat by the fire. Then again at dinner they were very attentive and knowledgeable. We were lucky to go in the off season so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The only slight criticism I have is...

"Once you're in the room, its very clean and has everything you need. But the exterior is off-putting with a fence around the facility and only one way in/out. We made the mistake of staying several nights thinking the location would be convenient, but working with the limitations of the autoroute was challenging... either using the help button and paying a high toll or taking a long path around and needing to walk through several gates and around the building to get to the room."

"A standard French budget hotel but is exactly what it says it is. It was simple, clean and perfect for a stopover. Large fairly secure car park and a reasonable breakfast. No frills but does the job. Lots of fast food places within walking distance. "

"The door to the room creaked and did not close easily. It was unclear whether it actually locked.The mirror was cracked. The shower fittings were broken. The toilet seat was broken and only the short flush worked. The shower soap dispenser lid was missing. One of the lights just glowed. Having said all that, the bed was good, the beakfast good and the staff very pleasant. "

"The bed was firm and comfortable. However, the room is tight, not much space for luggage. The shower is extremely small even for an average size person. No kettle or coffee machine in the room. But the vending machine offers a good variety of hot drinks. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a quiet place, but difficulty to get there with public transportation."
