Recommended

Very impressed - for the price compared to comparable properties, the room was impressive and relatively large. Checkin process was simple and staff pleasant, allowed us to store our bags in their office on day of checkout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great overnight stop

Lovely room booked for an overnight stay in town. Excellent location but worth noting that suite with terrace didn't have a sea view as described, it had no view at all. Also up a very steep staircase, particularly coming down them could be problematic if you have any mobility issues

We booked this hotel months ago, expecting to be in the pictured building by the harbour, chosen specifically as we were attending an event a few steps away. We were told we were in a different building, given directions and left to find it. After wandering up and down alleyways in scorching heat we had to return to reception as we couldnt find it. Eventually we were escorted there. The room was up a very tight and steep staircase, the AC unit was so noisy we couldnt use it at night and there were no insect screens so we couldn't open a window. The room was very hot. The only good thing was that it was very clean. Left as early as possible as we wanted to go home.

Fine hotel

Fine hotel but parking is horrible even to get dropped off and picked up. Right next to the port so super convenient if you need that. Service was average at best.

The street right below our balcony is quite noisy from music but it gets quiet at 11PM. Nicely appointed. Good for couple with children older than 5.

It did not have as advertised; sea view, breakfast or parking available. It took 1 1/2 hours to check in, room was not ready by 3pm and directions to site were inadequate. There is no onsite help for anything.

Very nice room and location, thin walls however.

Very nice room, great location but super thin walls. You can hear neighbors talking, and hear them coming and going at all times. The door isn’t sealed at all, so during the night if someone else turns the lights on in the hallway, the light seeps in through the door. As the bed is right by there, it woke me up a couple of times during the night, that’s how bright it gets. Luckily the neighbors were not loud and partying in their rooms, that would have made the stay unbearable. Ear plugs are provided by the hotel and lays out by the bed once you arrive.

Hotel is in the heart of Chania tourist area. Small room but it had a small bed higher up, accessible by a small ladder. Finding the place was tricky as few Ink's in the area. Confusing part was getting the key, which you get from an alternate Ink location. This was not notified in the reservation detail and I only found out because one of the guests told me. There is street parking along the seafront but it's unlikely you'll get something less than 5 or 10 mins walk away. I parked in the pay parking which was around eighteen euros overnight.

Très bon accueil. Sèche cheveux et fer a repasser très pratique. Patio extérieur très agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Il manquerait peut être une petite étagère en plus dans la salle de bain. Mais sinon c'était parfait !

Mitten in der Altstadt, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es aber locker 10 Minuten. Parken ist eine Katastrophe, nur am Fuße der Fortezza sind kostenlose Parkplätze. Sonst ist es wirklich schön, neu, sauber, zentral, ruhig. Mega, sehr zu empfehlen.

Magnifique hôtel et accueil adorable.

Chambre spacieuse, splendide, très propre, très bien équipée (chaussons, serviettes, réfrigérateur, bouilloire et café/thé, articles de douche…). Très bien pour 4 personnes . Petit balcon sympa en plein centre ville mais pourtant calme. La personne de l’accueil a été remarquablement agréable, sympathique et professionnelle. Un grand merci à elle!

Lieu et personnel agréable et à l’écoute. Hôtel appréciable que je recommande. (Petite difficulté pour les visiteurs étrangers est de trouver le lieu exact de son hôtel qui possède plusieurs bâtiments dans la ville. le risque pour le client est de ne pas être à l’heure convenu. Top Lage, hilfsbereite Besitzer aber wenig Platz!

Wir waren ingesamt eine Woche in dem Appartement/Hotel in Rethymno und waren vor allem von der super Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum und den super lieben und hilfsbereiten Besitzern überzeugt. Die Zimmer waren sehr neu und schön möbliert, allerdings waren wir zu 3. in dem Zimmer, was auf Dauer leider etwas eng wurde - vor allem an Stauraum bzw Haken hat es gefehlt. Ingesamt gab es leider nur eine Kleiderstange und 4 Laden, welche maximal für 2 Personen mit wenig Gepäck ausreichen. Die Dusche war ebenerdig und konnte nicht geschlossen werden, wodurch das Bad nach 3 Duschen überschwemmt war. Die Reinigung des Zimmers fand erst nach ein paar Tagen statt und Putzutensilien standen leider nicht im Appartement zur Verfügung, wodurch nach 4 Tagen Strand der Boden kaum mehr zu betreten war. Daher hier auch ein Punkteabzug. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch noch das Frühstück, welches zwar nicht im Hotel direkt, sondern in einem dazugehörigen Hotel unweit (ca 100-200m), dafür aber mit Meerblick serviert wurde. Obwohl es kein riesengroßes Frühstückbuffet war, war es dennoch ausreichend und alle wurden fündig. In Summe würden wir das Hotel/Appartement vor allem für kürzere Aufenthalte empfehlen, denn hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis 100% - für längere Aufenthalte mit mehr Personen fehlt Stauraum und Reinigung.
