Pero el cuarto dejó un poco que desear, el jabón ya estaba abierto, y las toallas de la ducha estaban todas manchadas (use una de secado rápido que llevó siempre conmigo) el aire acondicionado estaban todas manchadas roto como el armazón pero funcionaba perfecto. Y la traba de la puerta esa extra que tienen la mayoría, estaba rota no había un mecanismo para cerrar y sentirte un poco más segura"

"The sheets on the bed were stained. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, the toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over in the bathroom. I expected the property to be older but did not expect the room to be discusting."

"The only good thing regarding our stay was security walked us from the parking lot to the hotel’s doors. They gave us a handicapped room ( in which I did not reserve or asked for). The pool was supposedly closed off because the pumps were messed up. The middle elevator got stuck on the 7th floor. No parking space….This was the worse Hilton hotel that I’ve EVER stayed in…. Needless to say, I will not stay at this hotel again."

Each room has been designed uniquely, and the small touches of hospitality are amazing. All staff welcoming and grow the spirit of your stay. Incomparably more enjoyable than a generic chain, absolutely stay here!"

"Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. "
