"The house and facilities are fantastic, in fact it felt so homely and welcoming we did not want to come home. The owners are lovely people very friendly and helpful The area is great for getting to many close by areas and dog walks. Love the art around the gardens, fenced in garden great for our pooches. "On line book in. Which worked. A breakfast hamper continental style which worked well. Room had everything needed for a two day stay. Its a downhill slope walk of 14 minutes from Railway station and a bit longer going back. Local buses close. Plenty of local cafes and fish and chip shops handy. Location very good for walking the town walls. The absence of staff seen did not distract from what was a pleasent stay.I would use the hotel again if visiting the area."
