"My husband and I came for our anniversary weekend. We got married at Cedar Point, but wanted to find some other places and things to do in the area. Anchor was a cute little place. When we first pulled in, the first thing I noticed were the beautiful (and real) flowers outside of each room. The property appears very nicely kept. "Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Offered you free bottles of water. Pool was very clean and fun with two slides. Kids had so much fun. Very close and convenient to Cedar Point. Bed was comfortable and had a refrigerator and microwave in room. It’s an older property but well maintained and very clean."

"The pictures posted are very deceiving that are posted. We got there and seen the outside and was like what the heck. Infested with bird nest outside. We checked in got into room and beds were stained. Employee came to our room and said shower wasn’t working so they moved us when in fact shower did work which was weird. "I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room and beds were clean. The only issue we had was that our toilet filled very slowly so you could not flush often. The breakfast was great also the oil was clean. It was a great place to stay if you are headed to cedar point. Just a few minutes away and you really just need the hotel for a shower and a bed! However, they also have a good selection for breakfast and a snack time at 7. We missed it overall great value for the price."
