"Every area of the hotel was immaculate. Our daily breakfast was included in our rate we were graciously served by El Batoual who even went out of her way to make me a special tea on a rainy day! The food was exceptional, and the chef came out to meet us and also the general manager came over to talk with us. We were there during Ramadan and they invited us to Iftar. It was a beautiful thing and the day we left Ramadan was over and they served us the special porridge that they eat the next morning! View from our room was exceptional and every staff member bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our stay!"

"We went to celebrate my 50th birthday and the hotel helped decorate the room. My husband ordered flowers and cake. They did a great job and charged a low price. Very happy with our stay. The pool and beach were great. "

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities. "

"The staff was very welcoming but the amenities was not that good , breakfast was terrible, no drinking water available other than buying bottles , coffee was horrible, rooms bathroom was very missy and shower’s water goes all over the bathrooms, over all it’s not that good "
