Despite the privileged location, at the heart of the popular business neighborhood, this hotel lacks maintenance and better conservation (rooms are old and with heavy odor of mold, mattresses are old and uncomfortable). It wouldn't hurt if the staff used a little more friendliness with the guests. They don't seem to genuinely care about our needs and requests."
