Pearl Palace Heritage

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing staff and clean room. Breakfast can be brought to sitting area outside room and they have two amazing restaurants in their sister property, which they also offer a free shuttle to reach."

Rajmahal Palace RAAS

8/10 Good

"Rajmahal Palace is an outstanding heritage property and a true oasis in the heart of Jaipur. Stepping inside feels like entering another world, with incredible interiors, beautiful architecture and rooms full of character and grandeur. One disappointment was our room, which had no windows and therefore lacked natural light. It would have been wonderful to have the option of a room with windows. The gym could also benefit from some attention to bring it in line with the exceptional standard of the rest of the property. We chose a heritage palace to experience the authentic culture of India, so it was disappointing that the music in the bar and dining areas was predominantly Western. With India's extraordinary wealth of musical traditions and talented artists, this felt like a missed opportunity to create a more immersive Indian experience. Where Rajmahal Palace truly excels is its people. The staff were outstanding, making us feel less like guests and more like family. Special thanks to Shiv in the bar, Rajesh the chef, Sumit and Vivek in the restaurant, and Sharmila and Amit at the front of house. Their warmth, attentiveness and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Overall, Rajmahal Palace is a remarkable property with a wonderful sense of history and place. With a few thoughtful improvements, it could be even more exceptional. We leave with lovely memories, above all of the incredible team who made us feel so welcome."

Hilton Jaipur

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely loved our one-week stay here! Hilton Jaipur truly felt like a home away from home. The biggest shoutout goes to the amazing team. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and went completely above and beyond to take care of everything we needed. A special thank you to the managers, Kenneth, Shivangi, and Arvind, as well as the staff members Aleena, Shubham, and Saikat. They are absolutely amazing! We travel the world, but have never experienced such warm ,heartfelt hospitality and wonderful service as they provided. Name it, and they made it happen! Always willing to help, with a smile on their face. In short, they play a major role in making this hotel a perfect place to stay! Also, you cannot miss the buffet breakfast at Auram (one of their restaurants) ! The variety is huge, with so many options to choose from, both classic Indian dishes, and international favorites, and everything tasted absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Last but not the least, the centralized location made it incredibly easy for us to get around and visit all the major sightseeing places without any hassle. Between the top-notch service and heartfelt hospitality, clean and cozy rooms, great food, and an amazing location, this hotel made our trip. If we ever find ourselves back in Jaipur, we are 100% staying here again. Highly recommend!"
