"The property is located quite far from the main road and I'll be honest, the access road isn't great. But that being said, once you get there, you don't want to leave. The rooms are big and very spacious. We booked the family triple room and it was huge and very comfortable. Pool was clean and inviting. You can use the kayaks at any time and go onto the lagoon. "This was one of our favorite places during our trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms are huge, very clean and everything seems really new. The owner is very nice and helpful and the breakfast is great with a great view of the lagoon. If you like birds we saw both eagles and peacocks during our stay here. You are around a 5 min walk from the beach and besides the restaurant on the property there are some good restaurants around."
