"1. There was a small chip in the bathtub, the supervisor said she knew about it ; otherwise the room was clean. 2. The elevator needs repair to speed up getting into and out of the room as waiting for the elevator takes a long time (at least 10 minutes). 3. The breakfast ended at 9:00 am and the hours were not posted where it could be seen (or in a good area) so breakfast was over early before getting to the lobby. 4. Parking was ok. 5. "Everything was great except for two things 1, direct TV sucks nothing to watch need more channels. 2, this hotel has 5 floors and only two, yes two carts to help bring in your luggage, so your waiting and waiting to grab one to bring in your items or to check out. Get more CARTS at least two more."
